This formula was discovered when Margrit had the stars align in 1998. Steve Binder (a top regional manager for Everen Securities, now Wachovia) asked,
“Why do 50% of the financial advisors who partner fail miserably while many double their production when they form teams?”
She was given the opportunity to study Everen partnerships across the USA which revealed an unexpected answer. The main key to success, ahead of the 13 common business factors, was adhering to the Six Relationship Rules above.
Then Steve asked,

Given her deep academic background and practical experience in human behavior and business, Margrit developed unique Awareness Tools based on the Six Relationship Rules of her study.
