Margrit and Russ built over 70 teams to conduct health fair missions across the Philippines; this entailed planning, training and delegating responsibility to 690 local church leaders who in turn lead hundreds of civic leaders and 3500 volunteers to educate and serve over 180,000 people in 20 months.
